All implementations include two scoping sessions with your team, configuration of your new database, configuration of any off-the-shelf integrations, data migration and training*. 

*Training for new staff post implementation is not included and will be charged separately.

Now you have a brand new database, you will want to know how best to use it to achieve your goals. Not only do we offer training on both the systems supplied by our CRM partners (Donorfy and DonorPerfect) but we also offer on site training on Raisers Edge 7.

Full day sessions are always on site and take place between 9:45am - 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday

Half day sessions can be booked either in the morning or the afternoon, Monday to Thursday

Hourly online sessions are available upon request
