I started my career in the charity sector back in 2011 working for the humanitarian aid charity, World Jewish Relief. An organisation with a strong fundraising reputation, I was able to gain invaluable skills and learn the importance of data segmentation and testing when communicating with donors. Senior positions followed with the likes of Hestia, Retail Trust and Movement for Reform Judaism before I made the leap into CRM consultancy work.

I created Daniel Raphael Consulting  after identifying the greater need for charities to understand their donors in order to communicate effectively. In a climate where everyone is fighting over the same "pound" it has never been more important to understand your data. 

This has never been as true as it is today. With the introduction of GDPR, supporters now have complete control  over which charities can contact them. It is also vital that data is held in a fair and accurate manner ensuring GDPR compliance across all activities. Compliance starts with how and where data is held. This is where I can help.
