I started my career in the charity sector in 2011 with World Jewish Relief, where I developed a strong understanding of fundraising, supporter engagement and the importance of using data effectively. Senior roles at Hestia, Retail Trust and the Movement for Reform Judaism followed before I moved into CRM consultancy and established Daniel Raphael Consulting.
Today, I help charities get more from their CRM, data and digital tools. From selecting and implementing a new CRM to data migration, cleansing, integrations, reporting, training and ongoing support, my focus is on making technology work better for charities and the people who use it.
As a partner of Donorfy, CiviCRM, DonorPerfect, Dotdigital and Third Sector Bee, I can provide independent advice alongside hands-on implementation and support across a range of platforms.
Having worked both within charities and as a consultant, I understand the challenges fundraising teams face and aim to provide practical, straightforward solutions without unnecessary complexity.
